Gunner Renovate are a property renovation company with a proven track record of transforming and modernising neglected homes throughout the North West. We specialise in full property renovations and have been established since 2017 with a significant portfolio of varied projects.

We buy derelict and unloved properties through auction, often following repossession and complete a full renovation including electrical rewire, gas central heating, damp course, windows and doors along with updating the interior layout and modernising kitchens and bathrooms. Due to the high standard and finish of the works, our properties get immediate interest online and sell within a matter of weeks.

Recently, following discussions on how we can diversify and find additional growth opportunities, we have secured investors to grow the company with the aim to take on larger projects. With the experience and knowledge we have gained over the years and the commitment from our team, we feel this is the right time to move forward and enhance our business prospects.
