Gunner Renovate is a trusted property renovation company with a proven track record of transforming and modernising neglected homes across the North West. Since our establishment in 2017, we've specialised in full-scale property renovations and built an impressive portfolio of diverse and successful projects.

Our commitment to high standards hasn’t gone unnoticed — three of our renovations in Wigan, St. Helens, and Warrington were proudly featured on the BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer. These projects, like many others in our portfolio, involved purchasing derelict or repossessed properties via auction and undertaking complete renovations. This includes full electrical rewires, gas central heating installations, damp proofing, replacement of windows and doors, and redesigning internal layouts to create modern, functional homes with stylish kitchens and bathrooms.

Thanks to the quality of our work and attention to detail, our renovated properties consistently attract immediate online interest and typically sell within weeks of listing.
